Two of Swords

Ted and Fraser, following a rare disagreement, have laid down their swords, and hesitantly approach each other to touch paws in an act of reconciliation.

The presence of the Air element of the suit of Swords is shown by the wind blowing beneath Fraser’s cloak. In the sky is the Moon, the astrological ruler of the time period most strongly linked with this card, which is the first decan of Libra, or late September.

Divination

A period of calm after a period of disruption. A balance of opposing forces maintaining the peace, but with a risk of tipping back into conflict. Compromise. Suppression of negative emotions. Making the best of a delicate situation. A warning that conflict can arise in any relationship, and a reminder of the need to exercise a sense of proportion while retaining personal integrity.
